Otter OS!
Why won't you let me make a xhtml file, neocites? Anyway, I guess I'll make it in xml
otterBSD is a freeBSD-based distro (derivative) with a built-in interface. When installing, or post-installation, a script (~/.config/otterwm/choose-color), you can choose a color that you want the interface to use: applications and icons will use the choosen color.
otterBSD does not include lxapperance or gnome theme engines. Even without these, GTK and QT apps will be pretty and easy on the eyes while still being extremely light.
